Oh, wow. This is excellent. I loved the hints of the backstory of Sam going Antichrist to take Lucifer down, and in the ways that Sam is changed. The relationship he has with Dean is lovely and creepy, Dean obviously helping him hang onto his humanity even while supporting the Antichrist thing; I loved the incongruity of Dean as madam/fluffer, and how he was trying to reassure the women. I loved the narrator a lot, how smart and brave she is, and that she holds it together so beautifully for her family.
