I am housesitting on the beach (I know, my life is so hard, feel sad for me) and taking care of a very sweet, pampered dog. So it's kind of my job for the moment to stay in one place and have no life. Internet is spotty so I'm mostly 1) bored, 2) reading everything on the bookshelves, and 3) walking the dog more than she probably needs.

'Why are you telling me this, you crazy person?' I hear you asking. Well, friend, I am telling you this because if there has ever, EVER been a time when I'm available to beta, it's now. Please feel free to send me things, whether I've previously beta'd for you or not and whether you know me personally or not. Ping me. Don't be shy. Save me from spending three weeks doing nothing but reading the complete works of Eugene O'Neill while petting a dog with my feet.

Ahahahahahahaha, okay, now I'm imagining that even in the very different realm of Angel Humor, Castiel is completely humorless and capable of ruining a good punchline like no other, and Uriel just has to bemusedly tolerate it and pretend it's not awkward.
Is this their first date? If so, then they'd want to pick a small city, like Tulsa. Don't want to move too fast.

I feel like Cas is super funny, but not to humans, and in enochian possibly only to Balthazar. The rest of the angels don't waste time on such things.

As far as dating...I want one of their brothers to have set them up. Like, Gabriel or someone, because he took pity on them for being really zealous in their own special ways. God this is going to be awkward.

Actually, yeah, maybe Cas learned his "you breed with the mouth of a goat" joke from Uriel, who he misses dearly. I want to incorporate this gif somehow, Uriel being "heaven" of course. Also Cas leaning over the table telling U, "My true form is approximately the size of the Chrysler building."
