Sam's hair is looking Charlie's-Angels-feathery and shiny and he is generally beautiful, however, the sideburn terror alert has increased to orange.
Good to see that alcoholic!Dean has returned for another guest spot.
Bobby wins for, "Get the hell out of dodge -- who does that sound like to you?"
Dean giving himself a pep talk to get into the spirit for a hookup is unbelievably depressing.
Never love the storylines involving gods of various pantheons, always so reductive -- like nothing in this 'verse is scary or genuinely powerful.
Lawyer!Sam = SUCH an opportunity for competence kink, fairly wasted.
WONDERFUL to see Jo, even briefly.
The Dean Winchester Flashback Guilt Parade --> *copious weeping*
Ahahahahaha of my god, as soon as it's clarified that the Monster of the Week is Dean's self-loathing, this becomes hilarious/tragic/somehow inevitable. Dean's guilt should really get like, fifth billing, right after the Impala and Sam's hair, right above the Single Perfect Tear.

End of an (absurdly baroque) era. To my disappointment, I did not have time to stick around and get my Youngwood-logo-embossed pint glasses signed by the man of the house. 3) Sam's glorious hair.

I think that might qualify as darkfic. I'm in an abusive relationship with Sam's hair. It was so sweet and innocent in the beginning ... but now. Now. One week it's shining with Farrah Fawcett glory, the next it's greasy and forehead-unflattering.
