I *loved* this episode!! And I have just grinned like a mad thing reading your run through of all the delicious madness. My favourite chuckle was Sam ordering dental floss and whiskey to stitch up his brother. Ah, you can put him in scrubs but you just can't take the hunter out the surgeon.
And that credit sequence.. Seriously, how much fun did everyone have filming and putting that together? I can only hope some of it shows up in the gag reel.
