At least they'll be in heaven together, though how long it'll take Dean to figure out that Sam really is Sam (and not a simulacrum) is anybody's guess. Sam--your beatdown is coming. Once Dean figures it out, he's gonna strangle you and maybe not talk to you for centuries, shared heaven or no.
