Oh, wow. This is complex and layered and fantastic, and (as always) I'm in awe of how well you know these characters.
This line in particular really got me: With Dean's luck, he'll live to see a hundred, then die and go to heaven.
Because it puts such a fine point on how hopeless and messed up things are for Dean, that in his world that sounds like punishment. MAN. This is awesome!
