Gahhh, the sense--it makes so much sense! Sam as a cage. Gosh, I want to see this. I loved what you did with that idea here, but specifically I loved Sam's ridiculous Starbucks order and his almost petulant sense of justice and the way he keeps Lucifer on a leash.
