Yeah, that IS a downer. :( It could probably be for the fans... but I don't know, it's plausible. The brothers love each other so much, it makes sense if they're soul mates. I want that for them. And not even for the slash or anything, just for the brothers, being brothers. <3 Gosh, now I'm gonna have to go and watch the episode over again just to make sure! lol
