This is amazing. I loved that Sam's insanity didn't instantly disappear when Dean came for him again, that even when he's back where he belongs and they're on the road together, he's still interpreting things so weirdly. He's healing, but ever so slowly--he kind of reminds me of River from Firefly, you know? He still sees what's there, but his mind interprets things literally, pictographically.
